How can I book an appointment?

You can call us on 01 / 769 29 91 or send an email to office@drcenik.at. We will contact you as soon as possible and find a suitable appointment for you.

How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Please contact us by phone or email to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other patients.

Are costs covered by health insurance?

Many services are covered by ÖGK, BVAEB, SVS and other statutory insurers when prescribed by a doctor and a contract exists. Please check with your insurance and with us.

How much does a private treatment cost?

Costs for private treatments vary depending on the service. We are happy to inform you when making an appointment.

How long does a treatment take?

A typical therapy session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the type of therapy and your individual needs. This is discussed when booking.

How often should I come for therapy?

Frequency is agreed with you and according to your findings. We are happy to advise you.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your e-Card, referrals or prescriptions, and any existing test results.

Are there any contraindications for therapy?

During the history and planning we will discuss with you whether any restrictions need to be considered.

What is the best therapy?

The best therapy depends on your diagnosis and goals. We will create an individual treatment plan with you.

Will I be seen on time?

We aim to keep to schedule. Occasionally unforeseen delays may occur; we will inform you in that case.

Why do I need to bring my own sheet for therapy?

For hygiene reasons we ask you to bring your own sheet. This ensures the highest level of cleanliness for all patients.
