Appointments and enquiries are made by phone at 01 / 769 29 91 or by email to office@drcenik.at. Data transmitted in that context are processed solely to handle your enquiry or appointment. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures / your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data are not passed on to third parties unless required by law.
4. Google Maps
On the contact page, maps from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) may be embedded. The map is loaded only after your explicit consent (“Accept all” in the cookie notice or “Load map” button). When loaded, data (including IP address and device information) are transmitted to Google. 5. Cookies and local storage
We store your cookie preference (drcenik-cookie-consent) in the browser. Legal basis: technical necessity or your consent (Art. 6(1)(f) or (a) GDPR). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after you choose “Accept all”. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via Cookie settings in the website footer (clears the stored preference and reloads the page so the cookie notice appears again).
6. Analytics / Tracking (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, USA) to analyse website usage in anonymised form (e.g. page views, approximate origin, device type). 7. Hosting / Server log data
When you visit our website, the hosting provider or server automatically collects access data (e.g. IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type).
